Beauty Bite: Smoothie #1


This Valentines Day, why not try something sweet - other than chocolate, of course. How about even healthy? Here's a delicious smoothie recipe that is super yummy!

What you'll need: 
Kale
Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Grapes
Dates

What to do:
Using a blender or juicer of your choice, start adding in all your ingredients.
I kept the green on the bottom, then fruits and dates on top.
Blend, blend, blend!
Pour and ENJOY!
