Colourpop Lippie Stix, Lip Pencils, and Eyeshadows |
So the last couple of months, the blogosphere has been crawling with reviews, hauls, and hype from Colourpop. Of course, I willing caved the moment I saw their eyeshadows. People were talking of this new texture and I had to just try for myself. While browsing their website, I thought why not try a "lippie stix" or two. When I got my package in the mail, I could not help but place another order.
Brand:
This is a cruelty-free indie brand based out of Southern California. All their products are made here in the USA and are just $5. They focus on eyeshadows, lipsticks, and lip pencils in multiple colors and finishes. Seriously...they got range. Go check them out: https://colourpop.com/
Shadows:
Truth (satin), Lovely (metallic), Amaze (metallic), Play (matte), So Quiche (metallic) |
Play is my favorite everyday color. It is described as a peachy yellow (matte) but on my skin tone it's a salmon peach. Yep, that perfect color for canceling out darkness on the eyelids and a creamy texture to be used as a base! No primer or brush needed for these - just awesome color that can be applied on the go.
So Quiche is probably the most unique shadow I have in my collections. Its a dual tone metallic color that reflect green, purple, and gold....just really one of a kind. |
Lippe Stix:
Colourpop Lippie Stix |
My lips are naturally pigmented so finding a full coverage matte lipstick in the right color is a struggle. But not anymore! Colourpop has come to my rescue. These Lippie Stix are not drying, wear easy and evenly throughout the day. I've loved every color I've purchased so far and will be looking to add more to my collection this upcoming Spring.

Have You Tried Colourpop Yet?
It's safe to say that I'm OBSESSED with and am addicted to ColourPop - that's for sure. I just love all of their fun colors and bizarre textures :) Great write-up!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by, Katie! Their color range is what does it for me and for only $5 it's a steal!
DeleteI hadn't heard of this brand (I obviously haven't been reading enough beauty blogs lately). Their products look amazing! Play looks like such a great eye shadow color. I love my e.l.f. loose mineral eye shadow in Enchanting and this looks like a similar color.
ReplyDeleteI love brands that are based out of the U.S. Thanks so much for introducing me to this brand!
I found your blog through the Beauty Bloggers Unite group on Facebook. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your posts!
